nope, production car won't have it

 

man my onlu complaint is no engine cover. Engines of yesteryear were nice..no wiring to get in the way. Now they are just a jumbled mess. For needs to get on the wire cleaning brigade.

i agree burningman. only thing the engine needs is the cover and a nice polished cold air intake kit and it would look so nice. take that factory box out and you have the perfect place for a centrifugal blower to mount!

 

I bet the engine cover will be available trough aftermarket

 

We have heard there is not enough room under the hood to fit the cover.

who is rodman??. is that dennis rodman's car?

 

Why would there not be enough room to fit the cover? At the Philladelphia show the hood was raised and lowered a few times while I was there and everything appeared to fit fine.

 

My source is multiple people on this forum saying that reps at shows said the reason it wasn't there is because it would not fit.

edit: I will try searching on here and see if I can pull any of them up.
