A TBS has been posted for the issue, and someone posted a pic of the paperwork.
I had sort of been following, and when they posted the pic noticed that the EcoBoost Performance Package can have the issue too, as you have found out.
Good luck.

Hello
Hello there. My name is Jack. I bought my first Mustang in 1973. It was a dark green color with argent markings. A 351C-4v, 4 speed. In 2001, I bought a 2000 4.6 L convertible white on gold.
Today, I am retired and mY I am looking to buy another 1973 Mach 1, like I had back in '73.
I found This Board through Google, and I am glad that I did.

Google image search. Looking to pick up a Vapor Silver 2008 GT this Friday, I was browsing google images for future wheel ideas, and one such image led me here, and here I is.

Because of my Rev limiter
Funny story....I just purchased my 2015 mustang 5 days ago, and getting on the highway this morning I accidentally pushed the rpms to the limit. I asked my dad if that would hurt the engine, so his response was to google it and The Mustang Source had the answer. I figured this would be a good group to be apart of, so here I am!
