I'm not trying to burst your bubble, but if you're making $$160-200 a week and you're thinking of spending $360 a month for insurance, you may not be able to buy a car priced in the 20s. $25K financed for 72 months, even at an interest rate of 4.5% would run you over $400 a month and you might have some problem getting anyone to finance it. Even if you did, when you add that payment to your insurance cost, you don't have anything left for gasoline, or food, or anything else. You might need to rethink your options and look at something more affordable. Seriously. Just trying to inject a bit of reality into the mix. Good luck.
Not trying to sound like an ******* either but this is why i don't post much on forums, cause everyone has their opinion on what someone can and can't afford without knowing the full circumstances. Everyone just assumes things. just saying!

Hey, Flashover,
I apologize if I upset you with my post. I do admire your determination and your ambition, and if you can do it, and it's what makes you happy, then go for it, regardless of what anyone says. Just don't get into a situation where the car owns you instead of vice versa. I've been there and it's no fun. Anyway, I really do wish you luck on getting what you want.
