Ugh bleche white. I hate using that crap at work. It kills my lungs. However, I've never had a problem like that with it.
Although if I were in your shoes, I'd try a wheel polish. I'm not certain whether your mazda wheels are clear coated or painted aluminum or what have you, but once you figured that out I'd go get some wheel polish and go to work. I'd think the abrasives in a polish would remove the staining.

Ok guys I know it's a Mazda! But I've been waiting over six months for my Boss. Needless to say my daily driver will be the Mazda which was partially owned by Ford at the time. I used the Bleche white for grime on my tires and it accidentally ran down onto my rims. I will try the wheel polish and throw out the Bleche white!!! Thanks fellow TMSers!
