Hello from PA - My first stick shift!
Hello!
My name is Sue and I am the proud new owner of a Kona Blue 2011 GT! I already posted in another section a few questions about her, but so far - I’m a happy girl! I had a 2012 V6 that I upgraded from and am so happy I did. It was embarrassing how much I loved my V6 but I somehow love this car more.
This is my first manual car as I’ve always driven autos and had little experience with stick shift. Overall I’m pretty impressed with how quickly I’ve been able to learn.
Just wanted to say hello, and looking forward to the community and learning!

Hi!
Thanks for the welcome! I haven't had her for a week yet and finished my first mod. I've been dying to have Apple's coverflow in my car since it came out and finally did it! I fabricated my cheapie Kindle Fire HD into the dash. Check it out!! Cheap mod with big impact and I can still use Sync via voice commands.

You should pick up a CravenSpeed Stubby antenna, only $20. Get rid of that super long antenna.

Thanks!! I did the work myself - took a Kindle case frame and epoxied it into a cut up OEM radio bezel. Took about a day with dry time for the epoxy and paint. My goal was to make it look factory - I searched so many mounts but they all looked off.
And awesome on the stubby!! I'm ordering one now. Been so busy with the radio I haven't gotten around to exterior - hahaha! I'm thinking she needs some love in that department.
