Hello from North Reading MA
I am active on several other forums and noticed a lot of searches were bringing me here! So, thanks for hosting an great site.
I have three Mustangs:
2007 GT/CS that is a daily driver, but also participates in 10-12+ open track & Time Trial road racing events per year. The car is upgraded with Ground Control/Koni coilovers with Eibach springs (440F/200R) and UMI LCA relocation. On track I am running Toyo RA1 275/35/18 on 18x10 and Hawk DTC-60 pads front/HT-10 rear. I bought it used this spring with only 10k miles. It came with FRPP CAI, Hurst short throw shifter, FlowMaster axle-back and a tune (unknown origin). It dyno'd at 280 rwhp and 305 tq.
Car 2 is a 1965 Fastback that will be a street legal, track car being built with all new sheet metal and a full Griggs Racing GR350 suspension. The driveline is undecided.
Car 3 is a 1966 Rust bucket parts car, that I have decided to replaced everything except the a-pillars/b-pillars and outer rockers. The car will be converted to a street legal, vintage racing GT350 clone. I have a close ratio big block toploader and 3.89 9" for this...still deciding suspension and engine choice.
So, as you can see, I have my work cut out...getting track time in the S197 while building two vintage stangs with different goals.
