Proud owner of a 04 Mach. Got her bone stock with 19,xxx. Added hood lifts, FR wheels/tires, Ant., few others. In search of advice on exhaust with converters on mid pipe. Maybe keep stock H or just change mid to X with cats and keep Mach stock exhaust. Any advice?

 

Nice Stang. I almost bought an 04 Mach but the people wouldnt do any deals on it. Their loss not mine.

Also what part of the mid west are you from?

 

Welcome, nice job on your '04. About your exhaust issue, check the Magnaflow website for the cat-back true duals. Completely satisified with the quality of there products and there sound is the best in the industry. Good luck to whatever you decide.

You got it. Just outside of st. Louis. Collinsville, IL. Area. Man, magnaflow is where i was heading with a future catted x pipe. Borla was my second pick but not really sure on a mid pipe on a borla system.

 

Hello and Welcome. I have Borla Stingers on my Mach with stock H, may switch to Bassani X-Pipe (w/cats) in the future or MRT H-Pipe . . . .

 

Right now with stock h how does the stingers treat you? Do the improve ur stock sound and are u good with that selection. I'm stuck between borla or magnapacks with my stock H.

 

I like (as do others) the sound of the stock H with Borla Stingers. I've had them on the Mach for ~6 years. Great system if one likes the sound . . .

 

I heard a GT with MRT H and Borla's and it sound awesome.
