First off! Ford recommends only applying a thin coating of high-temp/nickel anti-seize to the ground barrel shields, but never onto the threads as doing so will affect the accuracy of the torque values.. Also keep in mind it's the ground electrode shield (barrels) which end up getting stuck inside the heads due from carbon build-up and not the threads themselves... In regards to the torque value specs, Ford recommends 25 ft. lbs. torque...
