I've had my race red Mustang GT for 6 weeks now and am loving it more and more and still have to pinch myself. I've been to the US many times on road trips and driven various models of Mustang from 2010 onwards. I've loved them all but the most vivid moment was hiring a 2015 GT in Georgia, I didn't expect a GT and when I saw it I was overwhelmed with delight. I was gutted to hand it back after our 18 day road trip never mind having to leave America, the people, the sites and food are amazing.
I still can't believe I have a piece of American motoring legend in my garage. I've driven Audis for 20 years and they have not made me feel like this about a car. A bit of hard plastic here and there compared to Audi but who cares, the Mustang is a work of art. I find the build quality absolutely fine and far nicer place to be.
