Don't lie, it's not your dream car and we all know it. It's what you settled for. Don't get me wrong, it's a very nice car. Congratulations.

I don't settle for a car that costs 10k more than the mustang. If I really wanted the Stang, I would obviously had just paid msrp and bought one off the lot two months ago rather than saving my money for this car.

?So all your life you said "Oh man, I hope one day to drive a g35."? Seriously, this is a Mustang forum, expect some flack. I'd expect that once a mod sees this thread it'll go bye bye anyway.

Like I said though, congrats, but no nanners for you. I still would've went w/ the Z car, but that's why they make both.

All my life I said "I hope one day to drive a car that handles great, rides very comfortable, and has amazing styling."

I figured you guys would have a sense of humor about the situation, but I guess I was wrong

The Mustang design will be a timeless classic. People have been in love with it since the late 60's.

Well, Congrats. But....come on we all know that you wanted a Stang but you just didnt have the patience. I do like it though. However, what is up with the back of it? Its just...I dont know it looks wierd. Like someone has been spanking it or something and flattened it out. The inside needs some work too. I like the chrome but it looks out of place. You need to add some chrome it. Maybe on the front dash. Good luck with it and enjoy. Keep the miles down so you wont loose too much money when you trade it in in a few months for your real dream car. You know, the Mustang. Something else...."The Legend Lives" LOL

Eh, in three years when the retro fad is over, tell me which car you think looks better.
[/b][/quote]

When the retro fad fades? Dude, are you on crack? So, you are saying that the late 60's Mustangs will be going out of style when? Thats the thing with the retro style... it will never go out of style. A '65 cherry red Mustang convertible will be cool when Infinity goes bankrupt in ten years. A '68 forrest green Mustang fastback will be cool in a hundred and ten years. And so will an '05 Mustang. Your Infiniti you got there isn't even cool now. Don't take your anger out on the Mustang that you settled on an Infinity. :nono:

Edit: I see you went back and took out what you said about the retro "fad" as you caled it. That was smarter than buying that car, IMO.

They are nice cars for the money, but nothing special if you compare them to the top tier luxury brands. I own a Nissan product and would never buy one again because of poor quality and non-existent customer service. I hear Infiniti's customer service is better, but at the end of the day it's still sharing Nissan parts.

Pass on that garbage. They r right u settled. u originally ordered a mustang and when u got a bit of bad news rather than wait patiently like the rest of us you went out and bought some crap pos that looks like poo. Yeah it may handle well and other junk but it isn’t the mustang. It’s got no history or heritage behind it. It’s got nothing.
