After much searching, I finally found a V6 with IUP that just happened to be the color I wanted: Mineral Grey. 
So I had no choice but to purchase it tonight. It's a V6 Premium with cloth seats, IUP, Auto, and Active Ant-Theft. As a previous owner of two Mustang GTs, I really don't feel like the V6 was a step down. It's the nicest Mustang I've ever owned.

Hey why are you on the passenger side ? don't you get to drive ? Kidding it looks really sharp ! by the way the white one beside it was it a V6 or a GT and what color if you noticed is the interior ?

Thanks alot. Now I am depressed. That explains why my car was shipped 2 weeks ago & now noone can find it. You just bought my car. And I want it back!!! Just kidding. Mine has leather instead of cloth. But other than that it's my car.
Seriously though. It's a sweet ride. Congrats. Now if my car would just show up. I think I will go print up some Lost/Reward Posters

I love the interior. I had a choice between leather with the "IUP Lite" or cloth with the IUP. I chose the IUP cloth and am glad I did. The cloth seats are plenty comfortable and look fine, not to mention it saves $700.
