Just wanted to stop in and introduce myself. My name is Shawn and i am from Baton Rouge, Louisiana. I am currently in the market for a boss 302 that i can use on track days or just drive on weekends. The car has been all i can think about for the past 6 months or so. I have never been much on drag racing, but have always loved racing on road courses. To be honest i have never owned a car with "real" torque before so this should be a big change in my driving life. As a matter a fact this will be my first mustang, and i am proud to say that i am really excited about it. I recently sold my Subaru wrx sti not long ago and have been chomping at the bit to get into something a little more manly. I loved that car, it had a stage 2 setup that put down 313hp and 330torque to all 4 wheels. I had the suspension dialed in pretty good for autocross and road courses. It was a pretty fun car but now it's time to step it up a bit. Once i get my truck paid off this month and a couple of credit cards i plan on putting in my order for a 2013 model. And if orders aren't being accepted anymore by then i will be on the hunt for a Performance white or Racing red. Love those colors on the Boss. Holla at your guys later. Thanks. And Happy Easter!

Welcome from not far away. Riverlands Ford in Laplace has a comp orange boss they have been sitting on for over a month. They should be ready to deal by now.
