Another Guy From Rock Auto
Saw this site listed in the Rock Auto News letter. Came over and took a look and like what I saw and joined. My car is a 2008 Mustang Bullitt in Highland Green that I bought new. There have been numerous mods and upgrades over the years that include everything from underdrive pullies to lowering springs. Next up is the Brembo conversion with larger rotors and new rims. There is another Mustang in the garage waiting for me to find the time to put back together, maybe one day soon.

welcome . . . gotta luv me a Bullitt
the only problem with the Brembo brakes (I have on my car) is that the Bullitt wheels won't clear, and then it won't be a Bullitt any more!

Yeah, I know. Right now I run 14" drilled and slotted rotors with the stock calipers on '11-'14 mounting brackets (front). Actual Bullitt wheels are getting very expensive these dayz and mine will join several other out of production OEM parts in storage. They will be replaced with a set of FR500 anthracite wheels next month sometime. Mods on the brakes already include stainless steel brake lines, the GT500 brake cooling shields, Hawk pads and drilled and slotted rotors in the rear .

Yeah, I know Bert. I'm running the stock calipers mounted on '11-'14 caliper mounts with 14" cross/drilled rotors so I can still run the stock mags. I'm planning next month to put a set of FR500 anthracite wheels from AM and installing the Brembo calipers on the big rotors. The car has cross/drilled rotors all the way around, stainless steel brake lines, GT500 front cooling shields, Roush lowering springs in the rear, Whiteline front control arm brace, Steeda torque box braces and jacking rails, GT500 LCR's front and rear, a Shelby trunk mounted shock brace and a Shelby transmission cooler just for fun. All the OEM, waaaaaay out of production stuff goes into storage.

Really sweet "67" fastback and "08" Bullitt you have there. The 65-68 fastback and 05-09 S197 models are my favorite body styles. Meanwhile, thanks for sharing images of your awesome rides and once again, welcome aboard
Yes as the others have said welcome and thanks for sharing some pics with your beauties with us. That is a kick I the you know what's that the brembos wont fit with your wheels. Ugh makes it hard.

No, not the rear tail light panel, though for $19.95 not a bad option, if this was 1967. At about 400 bucks now, I'll stick with black paint. Unless the wife reads this. After all she does owe me a birthday present still.

Yeah I know those rear ribbed taillights are kinda rare. Most I see on restored cars are silver, but love the ones in black. You have a couple of very nice cars. I do really love the front air dam and the wheels on your ‘67. Great combination. Car is very sharp! Congrats!
