Looks good

Not a huge fan of the rims a little too big IMO.

That Dealer has to have the most hideous license plate logo for a dealer I have ever seen though, that stands out more than anything on the car

Your car looks freakin' awesome! I love the stripes and scoops, though the rims are too big IMO. It isn't the style or the chrome that I don't like, just the size. I think the same rims in 17" or 18" would look better. But hey, it is your car, so do whatever makes you happy. No sense in trying to please everyone else.

The side of the scoop being red looks a little odd. Other than that, and those wheels, it looks really good.

Looks great now that I can see the pics. Glad to see you finished off the stripes. Not sure what Joe is talking about. The side scoops on your car have to be red to match the car. What colour do you think they should be Joe, green?

Hey John, he is talking about the side of the HOOD scoop. It's red, which I don't really see a problem with but it's hard to really tell from the angles of the pics. (white may have been better).?.

Ah Bill, I know what you are talking about. I agree, they should follow suit with the stripes. It would look a bit better but even now it looks pretty good. Better than my hood scoop, wait a minute, I don't have one yet.

Thanks guys! Thank you, thank youuuuu very much. Yeah, yeah, I see what you're talking about with the hood scoop and not being finished in white. I'll take care of that this weekend, I did think that was a bit tacky after all said and done.

I have those wheels out on E-Bay right now. I'm thinking about going with 19's or even 18's haven't decided yet. I've seen some REALLY beautiful cars out here with some GREAT looking wheels. I should have waited on the wheels though until I found something I would keep...I'm always experimenting, trying to find my identity.

As far as the Xenon scoops being painted I had mine painted at a body shop. They came in the good ole urethane black...$50.00 to have them painted!

Car looks great. I think the wheels are a bit big, but not too bad. The stripes look great. And I didn't think I liked the boss-style hood scoop on the '05, but it looks good after being striped. I just ordered my hood scoop, finally after going back and forth. I went with the Roush. But I like that one too. Great job.

I would definately go with 18's out of a choice between 18's and 19's since you have a V6 and the larger rim adds rotational inertia which slows you down some. IMO I wouldn't go bigger than 17's on the V6 because of that, but 18's wouldn't be bad. In fact, I think even on a GT 18's would be as big as I would go just in terms of looks. It's your car though, just giving my perspective.

John, no stress here. I've been looking around for a good looking 18" wheel...tires are a LOT cheaper too!!! I get dealer pricing and they still cost an arm and left nut!
