Went to a local car show tonight and showed off the stang. She still draws ALOT of attention around here . I had a Cobra next to me didnt really talk with the owner much the guy seemed kinda snobbish against the 05. He did have a Vortech in her and the guy on the other side of me had a Monte Carlo which also had a supercharger. They both were like you need to get a superchager etc. I said maybe one day. All and all a good night before the famous every evening rain here in Florida . But to my surprise my car won the Car of the month award. The Cobra and Monte carlo owners didnt get anything I tried to chat with them but they just took off.
Here are some pics.

I guess so, I went over when he pulled up and checked his car out and all. He would walk by my car a few times and just give it a quick glance. At one point he actually had his chair next to me and my wife behind our cars next to us but then he got up and moved to the farthest side of his car away from us
so who knows.

He prolly didn't want to catch the '05 bug! Congrats on the win.

Those other guys were what Ace Ventura would call "looooosers!"
Your ride looked sweet. Glad the '05 represented well...

Very nice dude... very nice... I too am intrested in how you got the airbag stickers off... I don't intend to sue MacDonalds for hot coffee, and I don't intend to sue Ford...
I actually like the older body style, (duh, I had a 96 GT and a 99 Cobra) and that Cobra looks pretty good to me. But his paint looks a little faded to me...

the filled in sill plate is the "Mustang lettering" on your sill. I filled it in with a black 3m decal you can get from Bob White Stripes

As far as taking off the visor sticker I went in and took my visors out (just made it easier out of the car) and used an hairdryer to heat it up. After a min or so start peeling the sticker away slowly making sure to get all the tacky film off. Keep blowdrying it as your pulling and the sticker will just pull right off. I got tired of seeing it up there all the time. Hopefully this helps you guys out. Start on medium with the hairdryer.
