2014 GT Driveline Vibration
I have recently purchased new 2014 Race Red GT Premium w/3.73 gears, 6 speed manual transmission (04/14 purchase date). The car has had a driveline vibration and decal whine from day one. The vibration was first reported to dealership at speeds of 67 mph - 75 mph and the decal whine was at 50 mph and higher in sixth gear. Dealership Road Force balanced tires, which did not resolve the vibration. The dealership comments are to run the car and see if it goes away. I now have 1,100 miles on car and I took it out for 200 mile drive this past weekend and I took it up to about 105 mph and wow the vibration came back at 85 mph and just got worse until I backed off at 105 mph. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

While I haven't experienced any vibration issues on my 2014 with the 3.73 diff (1800 miles on it now) it also has had a slight whine from the diff on decel since day one. I haven't talked with the dealer about it, but I suspect that this might be a trait of the Torsen diff that some members on this forum have mentioned. Anyone ?

Well I have had the car back to dealer know three times, the last hooking up the electronic vibrational analyzer. Driveline frequencies where detected and reported back to Ford. Ford wanted a driveshaft removed from Mustang on lot and install in my mustang to verify. However, the dealer checked the mustang on the lot and it has the same vibration. What is up with this? Now waiting on Ford and dealer for remedy.

I have only 1200 miles on this 2014 GT and over half of the 1200 has been taking it back and forth to dealer for this vibration. Maybe its the trade vibration (maybe time to trade). Camaros and Challengers are looking real good right now!
