I'd have an all day and night feast, as I'd want to visit tastes from my life.

A couple of Breakfast Dads as we called them. Yes, they're good. You need to make me some, Pops, you know, with the busted egg yolk.
Barbacoa burrito from Taco Cabana. I don't care, that's some **** good stuff.
Bourbon street steak from Steak and Ale. AND the Hawaiian Chicken from same. With the rice pilaf.
A Monte Cristo from Bennigans.
A Mushroom Burger from Jack in the Box from waaaay back when. **** those were awesome.
Fandango's Beef Fajitas.
Del Taco Steak and Cheese Burritos. Two of them. zOMG good.
A pile of French Fries from Tijuana Taxi.
Fish from Alfies. With the real malt vinegar in the bottle.
Mimi or Donna's Fried Chicken. So Yum.
My Sage Dressing
My Mikeycake
My Taco Dip.
Oh, 'our' enchiritos. We make them GOOD. With the jack cheese and salsa.
Steve's Deviled eggs.
Stacy's 'macaroni' and cheese
Susan's cranberry crunch.
Mom's Chicken spaghetti
Mom's roast beast is an absolute must.
And for dessert: Bryer's Dreamery Blue Ribbon Berry Pie ice cream. Two pints. Each allowed to soften, mix it up, then firm back up.
And plenty of Mr. Pibbs (NOT Pibb XTra, dammit) in bottles.

Yep. That'd be a right **** awesome thing to behold for me. I would definitely hurt afterward though. Ugh. But that's ok, it's my last meal, right?

Now, most of them are secrets, as I don't know them. Mikeycake is mine, and I'll not give it out lightly.

The Taco Dip is thus:

1lb grmeat.
1can refried beans
2 packets taco seasoning
1 small tub whipped cream cheese (they make it this way, much easier to deal with)
1 small tub sour cream
1 package guacamole (or 1 big *** avocado to make it with, about the same amount as one tub above.)
1 package of shredded cheese, your choice. I go with cheddar or a 4 cheese mexican, depending
black pepper
garlic powder maybe
onion poweder maybe
(optional) 1 can black olives
(optinoal) shredded lettuce as needed.

1) Cook the meat. Drain.

2) While meat is cooking, heat up the beans, and add a little water to make the a little more pliable. Perhaps 1/8 can. Stir in *one half* of a packet of taco seasoning.

3) After meat is drained, use the other packet of seasoning as directed. If desired, the some or all of the other half of the first packet can be sprinkled in for extra flavorness. You want a nice, smooth paste, but not too runny, now.

4) Somewhere during all that, mix together the whipped cream cheese and the sour cream. It's an iffy thing, I just put the two tubs together in a bowl, and there WILL be remainder... which is delicious, but ****, I can't eat all that. So if you wanna do 1/2 each and save the remainder, go ahead. You'll also want to put as much black pepper sprinkled in that mix as you feel you need. I also put a little garlic powder and onion powder in for extra good yums.

5) Make the guacamole if you have to. I just buy a packet of ready made. Easier.

6) prepare the shredded cheese, lettuce and/or olives as needed.

Now, the idea is to have all this ready at the SAME TIME, and then put it together in an orderly fashion. Believe be, the heated items help with it, if put together as told:

In a small casserole, something on the order of an 8"x4" with deep sides, layer in this order:
Meat
Beans
SourCreamCheese Mix
Guacamole
Shredded cheese (COVER THE GUAC. It will not spoil as fast if it's got all that cheese on it.)

That's where I stop. If you want, you can serve with the olives placed about in a semi-random pattern for looks (but about 1/2 of the people freak out, so I stopped that) and lettuce on the side, or on top, or under the cheese. The lettuce is a rather wet ingredient, so I haven't done that at all, but the recipe I got the idea from said to do it. I put it here for your own judgement.

Serve with whatever chips you want, and plates and spoons, as it's just good by itself.

---

This dish is now, oddly enough, a mandatory 'birthday request' item at the office. I won't make it until someone requests it, but invariably, it's requested. The birthday is an excuse for cake... or was until I did this, now it's an excuse for cake AND this.

Which oddly enough, makes me rather happy. I like it when people like what I make to eat. They LOVE this. And I have to admit, it's just **** tasty.

Bon Appétit!
Or...
Allez cuisine!
/Only Chairman Kaga could get away with butcherin' that.

Lobster tails surrounded by king crab legs and scallops. Oh, how about some colossal shrimp all around the perimeter of the plate. Might start with some New England Chowder. Italian cheese cake and coffee to finish.
