Your a ricer if you get an UNPAINTED carbon fiber hood, doors, and trunk on a white civic, AND you pull up to Ferrari's and Rev your engine to 9,000 RPM, which gives you about 140 wheel hp. Then you shift to D and try to race him..

When carbon Fiber is almost on everything in your car
When body side stripes are added to make your car look faster
When you have blue turnsignals
When you have chrome taillights
When you have your basketball headband hanging around your mirror
When your drivers seat is literally leaned back almost into the trunk
When your car looks like an army tank due to its' bodykit
I could keep going, but I'm not. Here in my area these guys flourish around, hence why I know so much about this bullpoo. it's aggravating especially when they come up to you at a red light and rev their engine. i just sit there and laugh at them and pull off slowly while they race off.
