It is called SPAM. It probably came with a .gif attachment which contained the actual spam advertisement in image format. The advert is usually for something such as discount meds/viagra. The seemingly random text that you see is added to defeat bayesian filters in most anti-spam software. If you didn't see the .gif attachment, then it may have been improperly attached by the spammers mailer program. In that case you will only the text portion of this multipart/mixed message. Spammers use a program such as Darkmailer to send hundreds of thousands of these messages per day.

KC am I getting all the same crap from you are you feeling guilty and just now coming out ? ( I'm kidding ) but I swear I get similar garbage. I block every one then they stop for a long time then they re appear. maybe my Fed friends up there can put some fear in those A Holes. ( being on call as a diver has small privies.
