Wiring my lights up and watching Twilight Zone

 

the first ricer to start by installing under glow lights on his TV. jk that's cool,

 

the lights are awesome. What's the type you're using here?

 

Personally, I want complete darkness behind the screen. Like a theater. I even avoid screens where the border around the screen is shiny black because it reflects any light behind me and detracts from movie. IMO

The biggest potential problem is introducing color bias into the viewing experience, but in some cases you can actually use that to an advantage.

On the positive side, it helps reduce eye strain. You can make them as bright or as dim as you would like.

They are Phillips lightstrips; integrated into the lightbulb system I had posted a few pages back. They definitely add a layer of depth to the content on screen(and really to the room as a whole. I need to turn every light on Red in the place and watch 300.
