If u won a million bux, what would yo do w/ it?

I would get a nice house under half a mil, I would buy a mercedes benz cls, a range rover, and an old boss 429...if I had kids, i'd save the rest for their college....if I didn't, I would either buy more cars or put it towards retirement

You don't have debt(yet). Do you?

All that money...I would need a bigger garage to hold all my cars.

buy a house that I could normally afford, buy Dad a new truck, make sure they are set financially, buy my gf a desperately needed new car and save the rest.

If a windfall put $1,000,000 in my lap I would:

1. Take a month off work and recharge my batteries, probably take a trip to Europe and drive a Volvo over there under the purchase and ship home program.

2. Pay off my vacation home in FL.

The remaining $800,000 + [or $450,000 + after taxes] would be invested towards retirement. Don;t have any other long or short term debt other than mortgage which I won't pay off [good tax deduction] Might spend $30-50K on remodeling, etc.

I would also sponsor an all Ford car show and buy all my new TMS friends a cold one!

A million bucks doesnt go as far as it used to.

I would pay off my in laws house, our debt, and thiers. That right there is about a million bux.

We would need about 4 or 5 mil, to really be set. A mil to pay off all our debt, another mil for a couple houses, (us, and parents) a mil to grow in a high interest earning investment, and the last mil or so to put in a trust fund for my kids.

Even at 3% compounded annual interest, we would have to put in 3mil to be able to retire, and live off the interest here in Cali. Not live well either, live exactly the way we do now.

arin would first pay of mom n dads house, or at least, help out a bit so dad doesnt have to work two jobs

then Arin would set aside around $200K for college (yeah the college arin wants is about a 07 GT500 a year for five years)

then arin finishes his kick hiney II and builds the mother of all ford big blocks to stick into a 73 mach, and then buys an 05 GT as his daily driver. the rest of the moneys get put in Arins saving account which will be used at a later date to start his own car company.

and if anything is left after that i'd get a ticket to alabama and tie scott to a chipmunk infested tree at such and angle that he can see me doing burnouts in his mystic ah and to say hello to all you hicks down there
