I'd say Kodak Easy Share Gallery, but I'm not sure if the links will work. I don't know if it's the same kind of service as the one you were using.
I upload pix to that all the time, but don't know if TMS would be able to follow the links to photos. I'll be honest, I really don't know how it all works. Anyone else use Kodak?
