never heard of Akira. those motorcycles look pretty lame.

 

Leo kind of won me over a little with his performance in The Departed. Maybe . . . . . this won't be too bad!

 

yea, i saw this some days ago and was like, wtf???

and that bike is awesome, imo.
my favorite.




and instead of taking place in neo-tokyo, this movie is going to be taking place in NYC. the story basically loses its original meaning now.

 

I think it'll be interesting to see how they visualize it in live action...rather than anime.

But yes the ****up potential/meter is HUGE on this one.

 

That movie rocked! I was suprised to see Brad Pitt had some invovlement in it.

 

Chris do yourself a favor and go rent Akira.
It's a must see for everyone. Great stuff
Thos shots that Lalo posted are of one of the main dudes and his motorcyle. His name is Keneda and he's I guess the good guy in the movie.
