If the Professor could make a radio out of an old bicycle, some wire and a coconut, why couldn't he and the rest of them fix the SS Minnow?

If the Howells were so **** rich, why didn't they own they own yacht, and why did they bring an entire wardrobe for a three hour tour?

Back when that show was made, people didn't think of questions like that. If they did, they never spoke about it. Entertainment that was funny was not critiqued because that generation was wrapped up in the viet-nam issue and other cival unrest. Anything that could ' change the subject' was what people APPRECIATED!
