Our Kittens/Juniors Have Better table Manners Than a Lot of People I Have Dined With over The Years! Our Older Cats are a Bit anti Social And Had To Dine in Private! But The Kittens Were Great! Mom is Off To the Side And Always Lets The Kittens Eat Before Her So We Gave Her The Semi Private Plate!
She is a Terror and Not Afraid of Bigger Cats & Dogs! She Walks Towards Them Like a Badass!

Calico Passed Today. We Found Her Gone With No Apparent Trauma and Had Not Exhibited any Illness. The Wife Found her on The Side of The House. She Was So Young & Enjoyed Being a Mama To Her Four Kittens & A Loved Member of The Family. She Will Be Sorely Missed!
Her Kittens are a Daily Source of Joy To The Wife & Me! We are Grateful to Be Able To Care For Them!

Her Kittens
A gentle soul, a mother's grace,
Her fur, a soft and loving space.
A purring warmth, a guiding paw,
Now crossed the rainbow, without a flaw.
Her eyes, like stars in the midnight sky,
Watched over kittens, with a tender sigh.
The playful leaps, the milk-filled days,
Memories echo in a loving haze.
No more soft meows at the morning light,
No more cuddles through the darkest night.
But in our hearts, her spirit stays,
A mother's love, forever in our ways.
So sleep now, mama, in fields of green,
Where every day is a joyful scene.
We'll hold you close, though you're far away,
Until we meet again, another day.

Our Next Little Addition is Still Being Fostered & Got Fixed Yesterday! Another 1 Year or So old Black Female Named Luna! She is Recuperating and Should Be With us in a Week or So! We are Looking Forward To Our Final Family Member Arriving!
After a Trial Run Trying To Integrate Our Family With Another Black Girl Cat Named Luna We Simply Came To The Conclusion it Was Not To Be. She Could Not Accept Her New Surroundings and Was Always Confronting The Other Cats Who Just Stayed Clear of Her. She Would Let You Pet Her Just a Bit and Then Go Full Bore Aggressive & Bite &Scratch Us! A Sad Reality But a Valuable Lesson on Cat Behavior!
We Are Very Blessed That Our 4 We Raised From Kittens Get Along With Our 2 Older Cats & Appreciate Them All The More. The Foster Family is Going To Keep Her So I'm Good With That. I Had Paid For The Spaying & Shots and Consider it Our Contribution To A Cat Having a Good Home.
Kinda Funny I Lose Out on a Black 06 Mustang Purchase & A Black Cat Adoption Within a Couple of Days. Anyhoo, I Only Got One Fuzzy Pic To Remember Her By! Man She Could Bite! Right Through My Glove Like They Were Not There! OUCH!
So Be Advised When Getting a Cat They May Not Play Friendly With Your Existing Pets!
Our Little Orphan Sylvia is Doing Well After Some Difficulties With Kitten Constipation! I Only Have To Bottle Feed Every 3 Hours Now That She is a Week Older. No Sign of Mom or Any Other Kittens. Just a Miracle I Happened To Be Out Front & Retrieve Her! She is a Playful Pistol! Found Last Sunday Afternoon!
I'm Getting Pretty Good at Feeding Little Sylvia in The Wee Hours of The Night While Half asleep! I Have To Use a Plastic Syringe as Her Teeth are So Sharp She Would Shread a Nipple Every Feeding and I Was Afraid She Would Choke on Broken Piece. She Must Be Part Crocodile! Maybe That is Why Mom Ditched Her! Our Local Humane Center Says No Foster Homes Were Available and They are Not Staffed 24 Hours a Day So She Would Have Been Put Down Had I Took Her in! Not on My Watch! Look at That Little Innocent Face!
My Little Orphan is Still Keeping Me Busy. Got Her Eating Solid Food & Well as Still Syringe Feed. Potty Training Next! Aye Carumba! A Mothers Work is Never Done!
I Named Her Sylvia But She Has a Squeeky Voice & I Think She Will Keep The Handle of Squeeky Going Forward!
While I Have Been Busy With Squeeky The Wife has Had To Treat All But One of Our 6 Big Kittys For The Sniffles! The Sneeze & Crusty Eyes Worked it's Way Through Them in a Revolving Cycle! I Think We Are On Our Last Sick One & Hope it Ends This Week! Using Some Sneeze Meds & Eye Cream & All Responded Quickly. They are Very Healthy Cats up To This Little Cycle.
