I totally agree! I had one guy who was very slow and it really didn't hurt. The next guy seemed to be in a hurry and he bore down with the needles and it did hurt. Although it didn't hurt enough to stop me from getting more.

Lynell hit on the head... Like I said in my earlier post, the ones I have that hurt the most were the ones on my spine. The one on my ankle was like a needle scraping my skin, (which is exactly what it is!)

Pics are in the beginning of the thread... Still havent finished my mermaid...

Everyones ink is lovely...

I am thinking now of getting the little fairy with wings on my shoulder- sittin on a butter cup. I am over the healing and such of my daisies.

April - you are correct it was tattoo jungle. I would recommend them, very clean and sterile. Go ahead and get one, it really doesn't hurt.

Mine hurt real bad. I got mine on my back. Centered over my spine. The further he got from the spine, the less it hurt. But when his was on top of it, wow. I could feel a tingle in my finger tips and toes. Some say tattoos are addictive, but this is the only one I got. And I got it done in 1998.

I have heard that some places won't even give you a tattoo if you are drunk. For the same reason that your blood thins.

Don't forget to cover your tattoo in sunblock if you are going out in the sun for a while. I definetely don't want mine to be faded and messed up later in life.

Its thrown Daisies. I designed the colors. Hot pink, Electric green and screaming yellow. And I had them make it a little larger than it was. I rarely think about it unless I wear a clashing outfit.

I picked mine off the rack. It looked small until the stencil was put on my calf and it seemed huge. It took the man 2 hours to do it. A long time to sit in the "chair".

Mine took 15 minutes...I was twisted like a pretzel in that chair too.

THEN B. Had his skeleton done- it took 2.5 hours and bled like a stuck pig.

Heres how it happened;
lets to to applebees
OK!
on the way home:
Hey lets get tattoos
OK!
