my bad.
I grilled steaks yesterday as a matter of fact. 4 nice 1/2" thick ribeyes. Marinated 10 hours in a dales/moores mix along with some lemon juice, butter and then toped off with Tony Sacheries cajun seasoning rubbed in. Man they were great.

and I can live w/o eating there, b/c the ribs they cook aren't that great. they're good, but not great.
I agree with Lee on dreamland. I prefer other places much more. I do like their sauce when you dip white bread in it
