Nice! Although it's a little messed up.
I mean, if anyone is going to play Dr. Frankenfurter, it should probably be the Riddler, and Batman would be Dr. Scott, as he's investigative.
Classic, though, putting Clark Kent as Brad. Inspired choice.
Lesse, Rocky would be played by... hm. Oh, obvious: Bizzaro. Dumb and dumber. Heh.
Rounding out things, you gotta have Eddie, and that is going to have to be played by... well, I'll go with Green Arrow, because he's got the right type of character, I think, but I could be talked out of it.

The rest are perfect as they are, although I'm really kinda not cool with Columbia being a boy now... but with that, it makes the Batman choice, in perspective, slightly understandable, but still.
