Spoilers-HighlightSTART:
- origin-michael is interesting but way too much Zombie influence in that portion (the swearing and gratuitous nudity and camera work....)
- Michael is the story in this one, not Laurie. By the time Laurie is introduced, you don't give a crap
- No mystery to the character, you see him WAY too often.
- The kills, too quick and camera work sucked
- acting was pretty garbage. Sam Loomis was horrible.
- they reused too many lines from the first one, and the delivery was junk
- they reused too many almost shot for shot scenes and the impact/pacing made it loose meaning/effectiveness.
- its NOT scary...
All in all, I think its a waste of time and Zombie should stop making movies.
These movies would be raked over the coals if they didn't have Zombie's name on them. He's not Uwe Boll bad....but he's not good either.
I wanted this movie to be great, but I walked away feeling cheated.
