My friends and I started a Relay For Life team to help get some donations for cancer research. Relay for Life is a 24-hour walkathon that takes place at Cal State Long Beach. At least one person from our team has to be on the track at all times during the 24-hour period. Our team goal is to generate $2500 in donations by the deadline of April 21st.

Thats a great cause Adam. I've been through alot with people around me having cancer, many close friends and family. Its a tough thing, and I hope one day a complete cure can be found. Good luck with the team.

I really appreciate this being a sticky, I'm sure the Mustang community will help out greatly with this cause.

 

Our team is now ranked #1! I think we will easily surpass our $2500 goal [img]style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/thumb.gif[/img]

 

I hate resurrecting old posts, but it is a worthy cause and I am curious.
