Well it looks like the red sox have finally won. Im happy for them. However wut sorta bothers me is that Im from Dearborn, MI and every time one of our sports teams win, everyone thinks that there is going to be a huge riot and that the army is gonna have to be called in or something, but nothing ever happens. Yet looking at the news, it looks like Boston needs the army to break everything up. The police used tear gas and everything. Anyway, the red sox deserved their win and Im glad that they did win.

Well, by that reasoning, the Cubs deserve it, as they've been in a drought longer. And I might as well say that the Astros deserve it, as they've never even been. And Philly deserves it, as IIRC, that city has NO championships in any of the four sports of Hockey, Football, Baseball, or Basketball. But I could be mistaken...

I happy for the Red Sox, they've suffered enough. Too bad the Cardinals heart was not in it, it might have been a better series. . I hope the Cubs are next in line.

The Flyers won the stanley cup twice in the 70's
not sure about the 76'ers, maybe they won one with DrJ?
I am not a baseball fan at all, but I love the fact that the Yankess DIDN'T win
