both of my neighbors have recently added fully enclosed fenced in yards .. i only need to fence my front and so would i but i dont want to ..they both have dogs that i like to play with from time to time ..but i cant get to them now for the fences ..one neighbor even now has an electric fence near the ground to keep his dogs from digging out ..they used to run up and jump on the fence when they saw me come outside cause they knew i would give them some attention .. after a few shocks they now are afraid every time i come outside .. they think i`m the reason they`re getting shocked ..my neighbors feel they can come into my yard any time they wish cause it`s open .. i cant get into their yards without opening their gates .. so if i open their gates and enter to play with their dogs then i`m trespassing .

A little story to start your Christmas season in the right spirit.

When four of Santa’s elves got sick, the trainee elves did not produce toys as fast as the regular ones, and Santa began to feel the Christmas pressure.

Then, Mrs. Claus told Santa her Mother was coming to visit, which stressed Santa even more.

He went to harness the reindeer, he found that three of them were about to give birth and two others had jumped the fence and were out, Heaven knows where.

When he began to load the sleigh, one of the floorboards cracked, the toy bag fell to the ground and all the toys were scattered. Frustrated, Santa went in the house for a glass of cider and a shot of rum.

In his frustration, he accidentally dropped the cider jug, and it broke into hundreds of little glass pieces all over the kitchen floor.
He went to get the broom and found the mice had eaten all the straw off the end of the broom.

Just then the doorbell rang, and an irritated Santa marched to the door, yanked it open, and there stood a little angel with a great big Christmas tree.

The angel said very cheerfully, ‘Merry Christmas, Santa. Isn’t this a lovely day? I have a beautiful tree for you. Where would you like me to stick it?’

And so began the tradition of the little angel on top of t he Christmas tree.

i`m not sure .. iv`e gotten so tired of hot rod and car craft that i usually dont even look at them .. probably last week ..

 

i just dont really think a set of 4 thousand $ wheels make a 200 $ truck worth 7 thousand $ ..

 

Yeah but is has chrome trim around the window and a chrome door handle so... :-)

 

i have`nt mowed my lawn for a month now .. it`s about knee high in places .. there is a reason for that .. i`ve known for a month that my family wants to hold a get together near by and i have no desire to attend .. i am the baby of 13 kids .. i dont have any memories of 90 % of my brothers and sisters .. to me they are distant unkles and aunts .. i dont want to go .. i have not seen some them in 10 years and i did not attend a few of the deceased ones funerals and i do not want to be grilled about why i did`nt .. anyway about my high grass .. one of my neighbors already new why i have`nt cut it and understood that when a brother or sister comes by to ask why i did not attend the get together i want them to think no one lives here .. go away .. my other neighbor today came riding up on his mower and asked if my mower was broken .. i let him in on my reasoning .. we had a good laugh .. i will mow my grass after the family reunion ..

 

I never go to family reunions and we have one every fall. Nothing there but inlaws and outlaws, and I either don't know most of them or don't like the rest of them.

 

i remember this car very well .. as a brand new car it was taken to a local hot rod shop and a new crate motor BOSS 302 was installed as well as a nine inch rear from a BOSS429 .. it has disappeared and is rumored to be in Mississippi ..

 

sorry charlie ... i hate horses ..every chance i get i scare the poop out of my neighbors nags .. i slowly open my back door to see if they are not looking and then i run at them .. OOGGA BOOGA BOOGA .. clanking my beer cans together as loudly as i can .. they snort and rush off faster than the kentucky derby winner ... HA !! teach you to try and bite me when i was a child ...

iv`e had a holy grail list of vehicles for 15 years that i have wanted to find .. numbers 1/2/3/4 i knew where they were i just needed the opportunity to get a shot of them ..number 3 and 4 were always garage kept ..number 5 and 6 i have not found yet ..(5) a one owner 69 dart swinger 340 4 speed with add on six pack i know it still exist ..(6) my first pro street V8 pinto i built in the late 70`s.. i know the area it was last seen .. i found # 4 today .. the same fellow who owned # 3 owned it .. less than 30 thousand miles on the speedo .. all original .. the fellow that now owns the 65 galixie now has the truck ..inside looks like it has never been sat in ..

it`s not mine gary it`s just one I`ve been wanting a picture of for a long time .. that was probably the first time in 25 years it has been out of its garage .. the original owner was in his mid 90`s when he passed away recently .. tom ..this old fellow was meticulous in keeping up his equipment ..never even a bumper sticker would go on a vehicle of his ..he had a like new 40 year old lawn tractor ..
