I play lead guitar in a band with my best friends. We have been together almost 11 years and have been around the world 4 times. Spain, Portugal, Italy, Germany, Greenland, Diego Garcia, Singapore, Egypt, and Turkey. Haha we are still grass roots and haven't made it to the big times yet, but that's only secondary to our real passion: making music we dig. If we make it, cool. Otherwise, meh.

I also design and build my own vacuum tube amps. And play through a guitar that I put together. Who else here plays?

Awesome that you're building your own amps. No longer a professional musician myself. Used to be a professional audio engineer. Still the greatest job I ever had but just wasn't paying the bills. Was gigging on the side for quite a few years (cover bands) but quit that a few years. The time spent vs. the money made wasn't worth it and with local clubs drying up.........

I need to get back to putting my small home studio back together. Packed everything up about 5 years ago after I got divorced and never set it up in my current home.
