Got the idea from April's little thread

Post your first post and reflect!

--------------------------------------------------------------

Vote: 2005 Mustang: Spoiler or Spoiler Delete?

a spoiler, but not the one it comes with
or a ducktail would look amazing also
-----------------------------------------------------------------

I still agree with the ducktail, but the other spoiler I was thinking of was one that was Boss 302 inspired, and Shinoda made one

Okay, mine was not that exciting, or relevant like April's, but I'm pretty sure their are some out there that we can get a good laugh from

From the "Favorite Convertible thread"

It's got to be the 99-04, It is a drivers car, modern technology, thorough pedigree

Here's my #2 READ this: Turns out I wound up with a sixer auto

you don't want to see me on the evening news, then she better be in my driveway by 10/1.
I really don't want to invest another month finding another salesman..

The car dealers who shall remain nameless:
One called me little lady
One told me what I wanted, and didn't listen to what I wanted. (yea right, I want a v6 automatic)
One told me I had to come in that DAY to order the 05..nope
the one I picked so far is doing what I want. And they let me take the ponys out of the stable for a nice little hot rodding trip.

Click on your name, which gives you your profile, then you can click on 'Find Member's Posts'. That will give you the latest, and then going back in time from there. Click the double >> and it'll get you to your first post, at the bottom. Tada!

Mine's lengthy, so a linky is in order:

I don't know alot about a car's aerodynamics, but I see everyone's dislike of the spoiler. What makes it better to be without a spoiler?

"Anyone know anywhere that has a tutorial on how to begin photochoopping? I've got a copy on my computer just sitting there! Oh, and can someone do a black v6 with red Shelby stripes and matching red interior if it's visible? Thank you guys.
:worship: :worship: :worship: :worship: "

Um, yeah I haven't had time to go back and mess around with photoshop so there's not too much to talk about there.

here it is

Hi, i'm a fairly new member. I am wondering about special editions in the future, such as Bosses and Shelbys. I have heard rumors that the new SVT Cobra will have around 500 hp. I have also heard about Shinoda and Sean Hyland editions. Can anyone please tell me if you know anything about them?

Thanks,

Zach

I voted for legend lime because I think that's what I'll order because green is my favorite color, and the green is a little less common than the other colors. I HAVE to see it in person first though. A VERY close second is windveil blue. Either way, I'll get charcoal interior - IUP. Can't wait for my test drive!

My 1st post....and I never did get a reply ...lol

Hey all!

I have a problem with my clutch cable snapping and i'd like to know if anyone can give me advise, it would be appreciated. I don't know much about this stuff so i'll try and describe it as best I can.

I have a '90 LX 2.3l, there is a small (approx. 3") cable that connects the clutch fork to something else. This small cable is snapping, this is the 3rd time in about 3 years that it's snapped (seems to last about a year untill it snaps again). A local tranny shop told me there is something in the tranny causing the cable to twist each time the clutch is pressed, causing it to wear over time and eventualy snap.

Does anyone know what could be causing this? Has anyone else had this problem?

Thanks everyone!

Jason

here's my first post, replying to someone asking were you could find a Ford GT at a dealership:

I think there's one in Perry, Oklahoma, I heard about that so if you live near there call in and check.

Imagine if Ford made a hybrid version of the Mustang (hopefully they don't)...however, if they did this is what I picture it would look like.

Heres Mine:

2.9% financing for 60 months!!

First time poster here, I know you guys get tired of newbies but I have learned alot here. Thanks for all the great info. I too am waiting patiently to trade my 2000 in on a 2005, have calls in at both my local dealerships, both of which seem clueless. This will be my 7th Mustang and I have never owned anything else.
Actually the 05 was my 8th Mustang. I must not could count then.

Mine:

Anybody from the San Antonio area checking this out? I'd like to know about any Mustang performance shops in S.A. and maybe even an outstanding body/hot rod shop for a paint job.

I find it amusing- how much my tastes changed from when they announced they were coming, till they arrived till Eleanor came home.

LOTS of posts about how I wasn't ballsy enough to drive yellow, now I couldn't imagine driving anything else.

LOTS of posts about how I would never drive an auto...BUT when hubby says let's get your mustang- and there are no manuals, auto looks REAL good.

I was deadset on WB or LL for the longest, then black, then silver...then yellow.

Even better- my August infatuation with a Comp Orange Gt..MAN am I glad that deal didn't work out!
