I'm sorry to hear about the health issues, actually sorry for everyone that has had some problems. Getting older is no fun.
I always felt bad getting shingles in 2021. Two weeks of real pain but it's over now and I couldn't get those Shingrex vaccines soon enough afterwards. I think I had to wait a few months to get my system clear. My wife beat me to it really quick after seeing what I was going through. Might be the best $800 we have spent not to get it again, well at least not so severe if it does happen. We shy away from everything medical but this was an eye opener. We still didn't go to any doctor for the vaccines, just got our shots at the local grocery store pharmacy. On a lighter note, I think we got points for gasoline too!!

I Had Similar Scenario Just this Year! Cut Out the Soda's, Sweets & Ice Cream and Dropped My A1c To an Acceptable Level. The Shots & Pills She Tried to get Me To Use Gave Me Stomach Pains which were not Livable. It's Always another Pill From the Medical Profession. If I Did Not Put My Foot Down I Would Be on 6 or 7 Meds instead of 3. I wish it were None! I Always Try & Find Natural Remedies for Me & The Wife's Ills!

I never Used the Super Mod Controls That I Had For Many Years Until I Came Back & Found Out it Was Pretty Much Svopaul By Himself Running The Show. I Just Kind of Started Helping Out! Honestly I Have Had to Do Very Little Other Than Finding & Banning Spammers. This Small Group of Posters are Very Well Behaved.
