Who has one?
I bought each of my kids one yesterday for Christmas and fell in love with them.
Kid Female got the sims 2 and Mario Kart with hers
Kid Male got Tony Hawk and Mario Kart with his.
They got the red ones.
Mine will come with Animal Crossing and Zoo Tycoon.
Im gonna lose my job playing the crap out of it.

Live out an alternate life in Animal Crossing in this all-new sequel to the wildly popular GameCube game. The DS version goes one step further, allowing you to take your town truly online! Join up to three friends online in the same virtual town, either through wireless LAN or over the Internet, and interact in real time. Visit a friend that lives thousands of miles away, now right here in town. Get a job, build a house, go fishing, catch bugs, or just chat with neighbors and friends. There's always something to do in your town!
I've got one.
Had one the day it came out.
Some of the games are really cool and use the Dual Screens and touchpad really well.
The fact that it has Wi-Fi is cool
And the fact that games like Mario Kart DS can be played by up to 8 people with only one cartridge wirelessly...
...they download the game via the air...
Slick

My brother (20) has one and he hasnt put it down... I remember seeing him play Kirby non-stop. He asked me a couple of days ago about how to get a Wi-Fi connection for a game he's gonna get

I got sucked in to that one but good.
I have:
- Mario64 DS
- WarioWare: Touch DS
- Castlevania: Dawn of Sorrow
- Metroid Pinball
- Mario Kart DS
Metroid pinball is really addictive, and it comes with a DS Rumble pack that goes in the GBA slot....VERY cool

Both of my boys got DS last year and really like it.
The sytem is pretty tough too.
They have dropped them more times than I can count and both still work,
well one now has a sticking trigger button.
The boys only compliant has been the slow release of new games.
The PSP has more choices and seems to get new game release each week.
They are still waiting the full version of the Metroid demo that came with the DS.

The problem with DS in the beginning..mine DID sit for a while.
I can only play so much Mario64
Then there was a bunch of cool games that came out.
And the flashcart can hold up to 1GB of data.
I've had to use it a bunch of times as an alarm clock too when the power went out.
Metroid Prime Hunters is coming out soon, can't wait for that.
PSP is good, but expensive, and a lot of the games are just ports anyway.
I'm not gonna buy a PS2 game, and then spend double the money so I can play the same game on the go....
Or am I gonna buy a PSP movie.
Sucks that PSP is so expensive, or the sales would be more.
As of right now its at 'fad' status...

I bought one for my daughter for Christmas. My girlfriend bought her the Nintendogs game and the accessory kit. My daughter has a friend with a DS with Nintendogs and she's wanted one ever since she saw it.
