New Movie (Spring 07)--"300"
Just found out about this one.
I've always been a fan of the Spartan myths.
(That was even the nickmane for my high school.)

My God...
That looks freaking sweet. You guys know how I love that ancient history stuff. Just this week I taught my students about Sparta and Athens. This is going to be kick ****.

It is supposed to be a literal interpretation of Miller's work, like the Sin City movie was to his Sin City comics, so it is almost guaranteed that his movie will be amazing.

Looks like they really do get into some of the real facts about Spartans.
They would leave mishapen babies at the top of a mountain, and they would send their 7 year old sons to the goverment so they can train them to be soldiers.

Although this visually looks great..I'm not a fan of ancient history unless it's certain aspects of it..this for me isn't one. I was hoping Millers next movie would be Hard Boiled..ahh well maybe the next one will be.
