I've had mixed reactions from people....some say...'Ha..Good luck"...and others say it was the best thing they ever did...I have a feeling it will be the best thing I ever do...or "we" ever do!

Congratulations!! I've been married a little over a year. Went to Windsor, Canada for my bachelor party . . . though I don't remember much.

Oh . . . and it's one of the best things I've done, but she's a car girl so that's good!

funny thought...Being a DJ, on weekends we have an automated voice tracking system that gives the illusion of Live, on-air speaking, even thought its recorded... and my shift will be running on-the-air durring my reception......thats funny.

Congrats! Cedar Point will be fun. I'm about an hour and a half from there - the Millenium Force is an AMAZING coaster. It makes the Magnum XL seem like a kiddie ride. Raptor is still one of my all time fav's.

My wife and I went to Fort Myers Beach for our honeymoon in May of 01. We MOVED to Ft Myers (Cape Coral actually) in November of 01! Loved it down there. While you're down there - you must go to the Beached Whale and get the crunchy grouper sandwich. I moved back to Ohio last Nov and have been craving that piece of fish. Best I've ever had.
Let me know if you need some ideas of places to go or things to do down there. Have a blast, enjoy and best of luck.

Don't listen to the nay-sayers! When you find the right woman, marriage is a wonderful thing.

Congratulations!

Congrats!

I'm engaged but we don't have a wedding date yet. We want to do some renovations to my home before we get married and move her stuff in and we can't find a contractor to do the work. There's so much work due to Hurricane Rita damage that they're all booked up!

Sad to hear that you're still recovering from Rita. Luckily for us, Emily didn't hit us in the Valley directly

I was one of the lucky ones. The only hurricane damage I received was a down fence and a few shingles missing. I'm having improvements done to my house but all the people that are still having hurricane related repairs done are sucking up all the construction resources.

So Cedar Point was WICKED!...I try to get out there at least once a year, and its always way awsome!....We closed the place down by getting in line just as they waere closing the que for Millenuim Force, and got on one of the last rides of the night! So yeah...my wedding is now a matter of hours away...4pm on sat....47 hours and counting
