Sigh, I woke up at 1pm..
But I have a legitimate excuse for why I didnt go to bed until 1:30, I was up doing photoshop work for my mom and cousin for an article they are writing about my grandfather.
I will say this though, I fell asleep **** fast and it was the most refreshing night of sleep I've had in ages

I hope for your sake you are only kidding. Rather than taking any unnatural substances you might like to ensure a balanced diet, excersise, discipline regarding your schedule, and some hard work. When your body routinely gets tired it will routinely require rest.

Well, I'm not. I don't require Tylenol PM every night, but every so often I need to take one otherwise I'll end up laying there for hours unable to keep my eyes shut
on the upside, its not even 9pm et, and I'm feeling exhausted. A few more things to do tongith and I'll be hitting the sack

I've had the same problem since going off to college Arin. It's gotten worse every year. This last semester I wasn't going to bed until at least 4, usually between 5-6, and waking up past noon. I couldn't make myself get sleep any other time.
