What do you think of the new Zune mobile music/video player?
Microsoft makes it....... Any thoughts on how this specific music player will effect Apple's I-pod?

I think the IPod is kinda like the Mustang....IPod did it first and they made it pretty flexable. The Zune, although I like the screen better than the video IPod, is going to be playing catch up to the 800 lb gorilla.

I'd be suprised if they even make a dent in the marketplace, to be honest, no matter how good it is.

 

If they wanted to steal iPod customers they should hve done what iPod users wanted for the new ipods. Full Touch Screen and then call it xMusic or Xplayer something so the name was recognizable like xbox. In current form it won't have any impact on iPod.

 

One of my friends has been waiting for this thing to come out for a while... he hates apple and couldn't wait til a microsoft one would come out.

 

I just use a psp its great you can put loads of tunes/videos/photos or what ever on each disc its great and being wireless can even watch TV on it !

I had a PSP....I sold it, because I was disappointed with the game selection....or lack there of. The only thing I really liked was SOCOM, so it wasn't worth it for me....but I think it has TONS of potential, but Sony is too focused on the PS3 right now
