I've had an apostrophe...
In all seriousness, it has occurred to me that while my friends and I are griping about $3 a gallon gasoline, most of New Orleans and the Mississippi coast have been destroyed.
Best estimates say that it will take months to restore even the basic necessities, such as fresh water and sanitation. Entire communities have lost their homes, their possessions and in far too many cases, the lives of their famillies and themselves.
My apologies to the Mods if this has been covered already, but given the alternatives, I think I can put up with $10 extra dollars at the pump for awhile......

My thoughts exactly i mean if gas goes up 50 cents even a dollar Im out what 8-16 dollars a week? I can live with that. I think the people rushing out to get 2.99 gas cause they're too cheap to pay 3.49 are morons. They'll probably waste a gallon just racing out to the pumps and back.
I'm waiting for my company to do a donation matching like they did with the Tsunami before I donate some $$$
