I'm ready to brew!
Got my new kit in today. It's soo much better then the Mr Beer kit, and I havnt even brewed with it yet.
Heres the pics!
I've been reading this book online, and I almost bought it today, but told myself to just read it for free. Now I can read it anytime, espcially at work!

Sanitizing and Bottling buckets

The Carboys!

30" Wort Chiller

24 Qt SS Pot

The small stuff

Brushes, Mash bag, Hose, Spoon, Caps, Capper, Sanitizing solution, Fermtheif, Auto-siphon

And the recipe I'll be brewing on Sunday! Texas Blonde Ale!

And my Hydrometer and Thermometer

It's been a few years since I brewed some beer. I was into full grain brews, I really loved the ales I brewed. Being a stout lover I had some killer brews. I also love English milds and bitters... You can't get those fresh here in the states so home brewing was the was to go! I still have all my equipment and I am considering starting up again.
One great brewing book that will positively is The Complete Joy of Homebrewing by Charlie Papazian. It is a great book. Good luck!

Are you using a kit or going full grain brewing? I've done a few batches from the powdered malt kits along with grain, shyed away from the caned malts. Good luck, let us know how the first batch goes.
Oh BTW, do not eat the foammy stuff off the outside of the carboy, it may look like candy, but........
