Let's see tonight we're having

Ice cold cocktail shrimp, a really good smoked ham, chili, enchiladas, beans, and rice. It's a weird menu, but it's all good.

Tomorrow it's King Ranch Chicken. I don't know why, it's not a tradition, that's just what I was told. And since I don't know how to make it, I'm off the hook for cooking.

That's the best part Gary but you do realize that that leaves you wide open for dish detail !

ok now the Turkey is all done carved up de boned etc I do feel like having any now WTF is with that, could be all the work or being sick at any point it'lll be awesome !
