I don't eat much tuna. I never really cared for it that much. I like flounder, catfish, red fish, etc. Flounder is very good. Of course it's a completely different type of fish prepared in a completely different way.

Talapia is good. It cracks me up though. In Mexico for years talapia was a considered a junk fish for poor people to eat. Now everyone around the world eats it, and it's considered one of your better fish.

It's allright I guess. The local one is VERY clean and VERY busy all the time. Except Sundays, all Chic-fil-a's are closed on Sunday.
