I hope no ones been giving you too much crap. Remember guys, I used to be the 12 year old with a lack of mustang in my ownership, but full of obsession. This is also where I learned most of what I know about mustangs, and booy has it helped.
Also, get a job. I got my first when I was 12, and I've been working around ever since. That's how I got MY mustang![Smile](https://themustangsource.com/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)
My only negativecomment is that you really need to reformat your sig, so that it doesnt go on for 9 miles
Keep on researching and see if you can get dad to let you turn som wrenches with him. The more you learn now, the better. Pretty soon when you're in high school, people will turn to you for advice on cars and for help fixing their cars. Its a really great feeling of accomplishment, I must say

It's wierd though back in the 70's if you had a hot car or Muscle car the girls were just standing in line to get in it with you so they can be seen in a cool ride ? times have changed - because people have changed !

Nice pics. I used to drive my dads Chevelle around in the driveway when he was not around before he gave it to me at 16. So do you? I also took it on the road one time and almost crashed so pls don't try it.

I don't drive it around though. I don't think a 12 yr old behind the wheel of a manual transmission 330+ hp sports car is a very good idea. This car is not going to be the one that I am going to use to learn how to drive.

Its always nice to see really young people interested in cars (especially the Mustang). I started drawing cars at about your age
. I was obsessed by 14. I checked out every Automotive book in the library, I even taught myself some about automechanics (The Wankel Rotary engine is quite interesting
).
My passion for automobiles was spurred from my Dads stories about his 1972 Grand Prix 454 and Datsun 240Z....
The future of the automotive business could be in your 12 year old hands one day... You could save us all from a late 1970's/early 1980's relapse in stupidity....I hope you stay interested.... and read up on the Glory Days of Muscle Cars

I once in awhile draw things. One time I drew a pic of a redfire 05 Mustang GT. I looked at a pic of a mustang on the computer and then copied the picture onto paper. I can't find the drawing but if I ever do I will show you guys.
I have also read about the 70's and 80's before about those ugly cars that were underpowered even if the engines were large. Corvettes in the 80's look like LEGO's to me lol.
