Hi all,

I figured I'd share this with you all, it's not Mustang Related, but since I'm such a Ford fan I made this crackerbox 3 years ago and used the Blue Oval on the sides and the deck.

It's made with pine stringers, 1/8" plywood ribs, 1/4" transom, 3/4" Keel.. etc.. and is about 1.2 metres long (I haven't weighed it). It tops out at around 35mph.

Here's what a "normal" cracker box looks like:
http://www.rcboatmodeler.com/RB/revi...mascrackbx.asp

I took the original plans and added a 60's style donzi hump in the middle, down the entire lengh of the boat. Also a hinged hatch was added. Along with flares down the sides of the boat.

Here's some pictures:

And here's some more, I didn't want to post them all as inline images.

Thanks man, it's a blast. And being regular pump gas with 50/1 mix of oil. It's easy to fuel up!

Hey... SLOW DOWN.... "no wake please". Thats pretty cool.

I built a remote control duck w/ my dad. It was slow for obvious reasons but didnt fly. If u didnt have a full charge and u on land and no way to go in water... oops. U'll be swimming for it. I will try to look for it and get pics.
