oh and stupid comment for the night since it seems that ever time I go out in my car I get one......

A guy comes into my work and I see him checking out my car and he chats me up about it and then tells me "I was just telling her [his wife] that they are coming out with the King Cobra next year."

Me: "Do you mean the Shelby Cobra?"

Him: "No the King Cobra. Do you know what the King Cobra use to look like?"

Me: Just to shut him up and move on..."Yes...but I havent heard anything about them making a new one....thats interesting."

Him: "Yeah, I am going to get one." and he walks off.

SHEESH!!!!!

I'm 23..... And yes it is kinda from my childhood....I grew up in Houston and the were a few where i lived and we would go all the time. The only on in socal is close to SD state......My girlfriend went there and we were going to the movies near her dorm when I found it. I flipped out and made her go right then before we got to the movie. Now I like going just cause it reminds me of home. It's still a good place to eat though.

And its the Butters from South Park. In like the 5th season he had a show devoted to him and how much he wanted to go to Bennigans. Theres a montage of him singing about how much fun it is and he sings the happy anniversary song.

Richard, how's the show filling up? Just got some good news from the service dept. Hopefully, the next problem won't show up until >June 16th and I can get to the show.

the shows filling slowly but so did the last one and we had an awesome turnout....can I count you in? either way it wont be just our cars....its open to everyone our club is just hosting it and we will be the center of attention there is also a free competition with trophies so that will be cool and a good incentive to show up....there is always a good turnout to this thing...once a guy showed up with his brand new Bugatti Veyron trailered of course.

 

To be honest, it'd just be cool to meet everyone, and get a chance to let my pony stretch it's legs. I want to say count me in, but given my No Show rating (it must be getting up to c/t proportions!), I don't want to say yes for sure until I get the car back tomorrow.
