Its an Irish joint. Kinda a cross between chili's TGI fridays and an Irish pub. Try the Cheese sticks and the Monte Cristo.

There is a lot of great food down here but the Irish places are only good as pubs at night

 

It's more of a large restaraunt than a pub so don't worry. It's just off the 8 so it should only be about 10 min south from the looks of the map.

 

at 7:30 at night traffic shouldnt be too bad but I think 10 min is wishful thinking even if you were the only ones on the freeway....I could make that in 15-20 min but that is driving 80-90 the whole way....if people dont want to speed it would take probably 30 min depending on where off the 8 it is

 

It's right where the 8 and 805(?) meet. Yeah it will probably take closer to 20 min. but if i'm haulin my butt all the way down to encinitas I might as well go the extra distance to eat where I hardly ever get to.
