I was in the middle lane yesterday afternoon on a 4 lane road that leads into a 3 lane interstate, no way for traffic to pull out infront due to jersey barriers on both sides. Well I see my buddy in his new 392 charger and I blip the throttle and we wave and exchange waves and plans for that night(me and my GF are heading to the beach at this point) well in the meantime I see this SS TEAR out of line and fly up on my passenger side, so I wave and go back to my talk. We hit the final light before we get onto the interstate, all 3 first in line.

Well the 392 is on my left and SS on my right, 392 is stock, SS was auto and what I assumed stock.

None of us actually said "I am going" I think it was just implied at this point. Well I see the turn lane go yellow so I brought the car up to 1500 and the light turned green the the 392 rolled out almost a car on my while I was spinning, and I had a fender on the SS from the jump. I short shifted first as it was just spinning harder and grabbed 2nd and came up to the door of the 392, at this point the SS was a full car back back, ran 2nd out and pushed 3rd and ran it to the limiter. All in all the 392 was 2 cars back and either the SS lifted or was just that slow but we got a bus or length out on him.

We all exchanged thumbs up and laughs and I went on my way.

We never broke the speed limit, and this was in Tijuana Mexico, the beach....as in Cancun....
