Definitely a Citroen. 4V? It's from the 50's and has an in-line 4 under the hood.

Ah, you guys beat me to it. Definitely a Citroen. I spent some on various Citroen websites over the last weekend. I love those traction avant gangster style cars.

You've got to love a trunk (that's a boot for you, James)that looks like a trunk.
